Day 1: Croatia Arrival
Arrival to the Split airport where you will be welcomed by a staff member. Transfer to a hotel located in the Split city centre. Upon arrival and a short rest in the hotel, you will be offered a welcome drink at a group meeting where you will be given all necessary information about your tour and program.
Day 2: Split
After breakfast, you will meet your guide for a private guided tour of the Split centre. This tour will allow you to explore the historic centre of the second largest city in Croatia. Diocletian’s Palace, i.e. the living heart of the Split historic hub, is a UNESCO world heritage site which offers a unique perspective on Ancient Roman architecture. On your tour, you will stop at the palace basements, Jupiter’s Temple, visit Saint Dominus Cathedral and several other places. In the evening a group dinner will be organized in the old town in one of the city’s boutique restaurants that offers the best of Split’s gastronomy scene. Enjoy your dinner in the amazing surrounding of this buzzing Mediterranean city! Return to the hotel after dinner.
Day 3: Brač Island
After breakfast you will take a short ferry ride to the first island you will be visiting during your stay in Croatia. The island of Brač is the largest island near Split, which has a unique culinary heritage you will explore during your visit. Upon your arrival you will take a short ride to Vidova Gora, the highest point on the island, from which you can enjoy amazing views of nearby islands (Hvar and Vis) and the beautiful Golden Horn beach. In the town of Bol you will visit the Stina winery, where you will do some wine tasting and have a light lunch. To round your Brač experience, the dinner will be organised in a traditional small town setting of Skrip, where you will be able to visit a nice olive oil museum. While waiting for your dinner to be prepared, a short tour of the museum will be organised for you. Return to your hotel later in the evening.
Day 4: Hvar Island Arrival
After breakfast, you will travel to Milna where you will catch a catamaran to Hvar. Upon your arrival, you will check into your hotel in Hvar. In the afternoon, you will have an organised wine tasting and discover authentic wine varieties of the island and a centuries long wine-making tradition that dates back almost 2.500 years, to the times when ancient Greeks colonised the island. A free evening for you to explore the buzzing city of Hvar.
Day 5: Hvar, Vis Arrival
After lunch organised in the town of Hvar, a private taxi boat will take you to the Vis Island. There you will check into your hotel and enjoy a free evening, with the possibility of exploring one of the most picturesque Croatian Islands, almost untouched by mass tourism.

Day 6: Vis Island, Stiniva beach and Cooking class
After breakfast, you will go to the Stiniva beach, located on the other side of the island. Voted as the most beautiful beach in Europe by European Best Destinations, this beach is ideal for relaxation at one of the most beautiful and pristine locations on the Dalmatian coast. After a lovely morning on the beach, you will spend the afternoon participating in a cooking class where you will learn about traditional dishes of the island in the ambiance of a traditional Dalmatian stone house surrounded by nature. A free evening.
Day 7: Vis Departure
After breakfast you will catch a catamaran to Split where you will check into your hotel. A free afternoon and evening for exploring Split on your own or bar hopping.
Day 8: Departure day
A transfer to the airport will be arranged depending on the time of your departure flight.
